Blossomtime Festival Grand Floral Parade, Saturday May 4, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.
The Grand Floral Parade is the Crown Jewel of the Blossomtime Festival and will be celebrating its 113th year in 2019. The Parade begins in St. Joseph and continues its way through the city, across the Bicentennial Bridge and into Benton Harbor. St. Joseph and Benton Harbor have been the host cities since the Parade’s inception in 1923. The Grand Floral Parade features over 120 units including bands, floats, clowns, costumed characters, antique cars and tractors, unicycle teams, equestrian units and the famed Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Motorcycle Drill Team celebrating their 56th consecutive appearance leading the parade in 2019. You are invited to visit Southwestern Michigan to observe the beautiful bounty and participate in the day’s activities. Come join Miss and Mr. Blossomtime 2019 and their Courts of Honor, and the lovely 22 community Queens as they preside over the Grand Floral Parade.

Memorial Day Parade, St. Joseph Michigan.
A parade to honor those veterans who have served this great country of ours and sacrificed their lives to keep our freedom. Parade takes place on Lake Boulevard at noon. Veterans wishing to walk or ride in the parade please call the St. Joe Today office at 269.985.1111. St. Joseph Today is asking all veterans and any active duty military to consider joining the parade. Any American Legion Post or VFW hall that would like to participate is more than welcome. Galien Veteran's Day Parade begins at the American Legion at 1:00 pm and ends with a ceremony at the Cemetery.

Three Oaks Flag Day Parade 3 p.m. The nation's Largest Flag Day Parade started in 1953 in Three Oaks, Michigan. In 2019, the Three Oaks Flag Day Parade is celebrating 67 years! The parade honors the American Flag, Veterans, Service Men and Women, The United States and Freedom. The parade averages over 100 units of Veterans, Color Guards, Musical Marching Units, Clowns, Equestrian Groups, Drill Teams, Antique Cars & Trucks, Drum & Bugle Corps and Antique Tractors all display and honor the American Flag in the grandest tradition that only this iconic parade has been exhibiting for six decades.

Glad Peach Festival Parade, Coloma, MI
LWF will have the trailer and the jeep in the Coloma Glad Peach Parade this Saturday. Parade starts at 1 so please try to be there by 12:15. LWF trailer is no. 8 in the lineup so the closest place to park would be in the church parking lots of the Methodist and the church next to the Methodist. The charge for the Methodist parking is $3 and the other church is free. The parade will go down Center street and end up at the Wesco gas station at the northern end of town. I hope that we get a good turnout for this Coloma parade.

Niles Apple Festival Parade, Niles MI
LWF will have our patriotic trailer in the 2019 Niles Apple Festival Parade. If you are interested in participating please contact us for more information. Parade set-up and judging begin at 8 a.m. the parade begins at 1:30 p.m. the parade line up is at the Niles City Hall 333 North Second Street, Niles MI 49120 and travels down Main Street to Broadway to 15th Street and ends at Niles High School.
